Working out


This week has not been the best. Between work and school sometimes i can't keep up. I took an exam today, which by the way i completely failed! It is a math course, which FYI, i completely suck at math!! it's embarrassing how horrible i am at it. well....besides me FAILING my exam....there have been two great things that have kept me happy :) the first is, the amazing weather in miami. for the past two weeks its been not stop rain. everyday in the afternoon it was pouring and thundering. but thankfully this week the sun has been out all day! i love it when its sunny. i rather be sweating under the sun than being soaked by rain. and the second is that i decided to starting working out again. Summer is already here and i just want to feel good in my own skin. i want to be able to go to the beach and feel comfortable in my bathing suit!

Monday i went to the gym and did my favorite work out ever! which is spinning or cycling class, however you choose to call it. I think it is such a fantastic workout! I walk out of there feeling great. Yesterday i was at my boyfriends house, so i just went into the gym room and did sit ups,crunches,squats, you name it. and i also went outside and did lunges from the back of the house to the front, for a good 5 minutes. Today i plan to workout in my backyard and maybe go for a jog. I really hope that i don't get lazy (like i always do) and continue to workout everyday. I've also been trying to cut down on my eating, i'm definitely not going to starve myself but reduce the portions that i eat. and of course......i cant forget to drink lots of WATER! :)
